Rachael Nathan, FNP

•  Joined Trident Health Center in January 2026

•  Rachael is originally from upstate NY, where she earned her Associates degree in nursing in 2005. She moved to Arizona and started working as a nurse in the summer of 2005.

•  She earned her bachelor's degree in 2010, and her Nurse Practitioner masters degree in 2023.

•  Her nursing background includes neuro, oncology, home health, pediatrics, and more.

•  She is passionate about family medicine and her patients.

•  In her free time, Rachael loves reading, learning, listening to music and most of all spending time with dogs, family and friends.
